You'll lead the design and development of interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports for a life sciences company. You'll transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Mentor junior BI developers and provide technical direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into visualizations.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years experience in Business Intelligence or Data Visualization.
• Strong expertise in Tableau including LOD expressions and Tableau Server.
• Working experience with Power BI including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and performance optimization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification in Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences analytics.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
