You'll oversee phlebotomy operations at a dedicated patient service center, ensuring specimen integrity and quality results. You'll manage scheduling, vendor relationships, and staff training while performing blood draws.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify test requisitions and resolve discrepancies with leadership.
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Track specimens and maintain daily collection tallies.
• Manage PSC vendors and phlebotomy equipment.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy Certification (preferred except where required by state)
• 5+ years high-level customer care experience
