💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and provide restorative occupational therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary team, focusing on maximizing participant independence and safety. You'll build long-term relationships with lower patient volumes and enjoy true work/life balance. This role offers collaboration with therapists and providers across disciplines, with no after-hours documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments in facility and homes.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions as agreed in care plans.
• Provide exercise, muscle re-education, gait, and ADL training.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License or proof of eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.
• Two years in a clinical setting with frail or elderly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in occupational therapy.
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
