💼 About This Role

You'll guide apprentices through their first 60 days on the programme, setting them up for success. You'll partner with the implementation team and instructors to drive learner engagement and ensure a high-quality experience. This role focuses on early intervention and maintaining program quality standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide large groups of apprentices through their first 60 days.
• Organise seamless handover to Cohort Coach after 60 days.
• Create an inclusive, motivating learning environment.
• Monitor apprentice behaviour and identify at-risk learners before day 42.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• 1+ year in customer service, account management, coaching, or education.
• Industry experience in AI, data, software engineering, or business transformation.
• Experience facilitating sessions for 30-100+ learners.

✨ Nice to Have

• Practical teaching, managing, or mentorship experience.
• Awareness of EFSA compliance requirements.
