You'll lead on-the-ground sales coaching at the Point of Sale, showing teams how to pitch and close. You'll drive performance improvements through live demonstrations and immediate feedback. This role combines central onboarding in Berlin with regional field support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead central onboarding in Berlin for new hires
• Coach sales teams at the Point of Sale in regions
• Identify underperforming regions and develop action plans
• Create scalable training modules from top-performer strategies

📋 Requirements

• Field sales experience in promotion or retail
• Ability to coach and explain sales success
• Willingness to travel frequently between regions
• Driver's license class B and residence in Berlin or NRW
