๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as a senior technical advisor and strategic partner for Talkdesk's largest customers. You'll drive product adoption and ensure long-term success through strategic enablement and change management. This hybrid role combines technical guidance with customer relationship management responsibilities.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead complex onboarding, platform optimization, and advanced feature deployments.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze product usage data to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 7โ10+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success within SaaS
- Proven track record managing complex technical initiatives for enterprise customers
- Strong technical acumen with APIs and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with agile and/or waterfall implementation methodologies
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail
- Contact center technology or customer experience platform experience
- PMP or equivalent certification
