You'll serve as a senior technical advisor and strategic partner for Talkdesk's largest customers. You'll drive product adoption and ensure long-term success through strategic enablement and change management. This hybrid role combines technical guidance with customer relationship management responsibilities.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead complex onboarding, platform optimization, and advanced feature deployments.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7โ€“10+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success within SaaS
  • Proven track record managing complex technical initiatives for enterprise customers
  • Strong technical acumen with APIs and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with agile and/or waterfall implementation methodologies

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail
  • Contact center technology or customer experience platform experience
  • PMP or equivalent certification
