You'll manage a territory and drive sales for EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions rental facility in San Antonio, focusing on pump, power, and HVAC equipment. You'll execute the full sales strategy from market analysis to contract negotiation, expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors. This role offers uncapped commission and a chance to transform the construction industry with innovative technology.

  • Manage territory and execute full sales strategy from market analysis to contract negotiation.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.
  • Develop new business and acquire clients through relationship building.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships for satisfaction.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Outside sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Pump, Power, HVAC equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems.
