🎯 What You'll Do

• Automate customer support with AI agents
• Build customer-facing AI agents for fraud investigations
• Deliver automated insights and self-updating reports
• Own customer integrations and write code for real problems

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years engineering experience in product or automation roles
• Hands-on AI experience with LLMs and agentic systems
• Full stack ability to build and ship production automation
• Customer empathy to translate pain into solutions
