Description

You will advise F500 clients on technology-related legal matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, and supporting business teams with practical, commercially tailored legal advice.

Requirements

• 2–10 years' PQE in technology law
• Experience advising on e-commerce, Cloud, FinTech, or other technology products and services
• Experience gained in private practice or in-house

Responsibilities

• Work with legal and business teams to support internal stakeholders
• Provide practical, commercially tailored legal advice across business lines
• Draft, review, and negotiate tech-related agreements (licensing, software dev, services, outsourcing, SaaS)
• Advise on legal issues for development, implementation, and use of technology products and services
