You'll lead full-stack engineering for Nabla's AI-powered healthcare platform, working across web, mobile, and desktop. You'll collaborate with ML and product teams to deliver features that directly impact clinicians. The role offers ownership of complex technical projects in a fast-moving AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of new product features across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Architect and optimize back-end APIs and services for complex product needs
• Drive cross-functional projects from idea to production with Product, ML, and Design teams
• Mentor and support junior engineers across the organization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in full-stack or software engineering
• Proficient in both back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, C++, Python, etc.) and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Experience leading complex projects across the stack and collaborating across multiple teams
• Strong foundations in computer science or a related discipline
