💼 About This Role

You'll lead security technology deployments for Netflix, overseeing end-to-end delivery of access control, video management, and alarm systems across the West Coast and LATAM. Your core impact is ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all phases of security-systems projects for new builds and MACs
• Develop detailed project plans for scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Design security system layouts (CCTV, access control, etc.)
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and vendors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management in enterprise security-systems deployments
• 5+ years managing vendors and installation oversight
• Expert knowledge of Genetec VMS and Access Control
• Excellent project management skills with minimal supervision

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP/CISSP certification
• Entertainment or Tech industry experience
