You'll lead technical discovery for customer Kubernetes deployments and drive Proof-of-Concept engagements that demonstrate Antithesis's value. You'll optimize Kubernetes setups within the simulation environment and enable the broader team through training and best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and scoping for Kubernetes deployments
• Drive Proof-of-Concept engagements for new customers
• Help customers implement Kubernetes setups within simulation environment
• Enable customer experience team on Kubernetes topics through training
• Establish SOPs and best practices for Kubernetes implementation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
• Object-oriented programming in at least one language
• Experience with Linux-based operating systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• Experience with custom operators and CRDs
• Experience with local Kubernetes environments (k3s, Minikube, kind)
