Description

You will own end-to-end payroll operations across five European countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and SOX controls. You'll partner with external providers and internal teams to streamline payroll processes, support month-end close, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years multi-country payroll experience in Europe
• Knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
• Experience with equity payroll implications across jurisdictions
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems (Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for NL, DE, UK, FR, and AT
• Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
• Manage relationships with external payroll providers
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR
• Assist with payroll journal entries during month-end close
