Description

You will advise construction companies on development and transactional issues, draft and negotiate construction documents including AIA and FIDIC contracts, and manage construction-related disputes and litigation. You'll work directly with corporate clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders, contributing to complex projects for a leading alternative legal services provider.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a construction lawyer focusing on construction law, contract negotiation, and project development
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, real estate law, zoning regulations, and environmental laws
  • Proven experience managing construction-related disputes and litigation
  • Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence
  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally on complex projects
