You'll lead a high-performing team of ML engineers and architects while staying engaged in customer-facing technical work. You will guide end-to-end ML solutions from data pipelines to production deployment, and shape architecture decisions for clients building sustainable ML and GenAI systems. This role combines strategic ownership of AI/ML engagements with hiring, mentoring, and scaling a world-class engineering practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of ML engineers and architects.
• Conduct performance management and career development discussions.
• Oversee staffing alignment to match skills and development goals.
• Lead ML assessments and define architectural direction for engagements.
• Guide clients in designing MLOps, LLMOps, and AI production systems.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in machine learning or AI.
• Proven people leadership experience in hiring and team development.
• Deep expertise in AWS ML and GenAI ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience in production ML systems including MLOps and LLMOps.
• Expertise in foundation model adaptation (fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG).

• AWS certifications (Machine Learning Specialty or Solutions Architect Professional).
• Experience in responsible AI, model governance, and bias/fairness evaluation.
