💼 About This Role

You'll lead the operation and transformation of enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, MES, CRM, QMS) and the data platform. You'll balance reliability with change, owning intake and prioritization and data governance to enable strategic decisions. This is a delivery leadership role requiring a proactive leader who builds accountability and drives execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and run a disciplined delivery cadence including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Manage competing priorities across enterprise applications and data platform.
• Build deep partnerships with Sales, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders.
• Lead enhancement lifecycle: demand intake, scoping, UAT, and release.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Systems, Data Management, or IT operations.
• 3+ years leading teams in a delivery management capacity.
• Experience managing external vendors and integrators with SOWs and SLAs.
• Proven ability to run delivery disciplines such as intake, prioritization, and backlog management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Food manufacturing or discrete/process manufacturing experience.
• ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master, etc.).
• EDI and integration platform exposure (e.g., Boomi).
