💼 About This Role

You'll lead Support and Onboarding functions at a growing SaaS startup, managing a team of Solutions Engineers and Onboarding Project Managers. Your impact will span people leadership, operational excellence, and customer advocacy, ensuring every customer interaction reflects quality and care.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers and Onboarding Project Managers
  • Set goals and accountability structures; run 1:1s and performance conversations
  • Ensure seamless customer experience across onboarding and support
  • Build scalable processes, including leveraging AI to automate workflows
  • Track key metrics and drive continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Technical Onboarding, Support or similar)
  • 1+ years of people management experience leading technical or customer-facing teams
  • Strong operational skills: building processes, managing SLAs/queues, capacity planning
  • Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical audiences
