💼 About This Role

You'll support our Go-to-Market strategy by developing and automating revenue operations dashboards and conducting deep-dive analysis on GTM performance metrics. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and automate operational reports and dashboards
• Analyze GTM metrics like pipeline generation and conversion rates
• Optimize RevOps processes and ensure CRM data integrity
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and trusted advice to GTM teams

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with CRM system (Salesforce or HubSpot)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
• Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
• Understanding of data governance principles
