💼 About This Role

You'll provide engineering support for the NYC 911 Logging and Recording Solution, ensuring mission-critical public safety systems are reliable. You'll deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot platforms like NRX/NIR and Inform. This role directly impacts emergency communications for New York City.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line engineering support for logging and recording solutions.
• Provision, deploy, patch, and upgrade NRX/NIR and IP Recording platforms.
• Define and implement maintenance schedules and health monitoring procedures.
• Participate in 24/7 out-of-hours support rotation for critical issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or related field.
• Technical customer support experience in a high-pressure environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of VMware v7/v9 (ESXi, vSCA, HA) or Hyper-V.
