You will oversee customer engagements with installation partners, provide onsite management for complex deployments, and proactively de-risk projects to deliver smooth, high-quality installations. This role involves monitoring installation milestones, resolving issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• ~4 years of experience in project management, installation oversight, or field services
• Thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel onsite for deployments as needed

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer installation milestone progress and resolve issues
• Serve as escalation point for installations and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with installation vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget quality work
• Provide onsite oversight for large or complex deployments
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and capture lessons learned
