As a Caregiver on the CareBenefits team, you'll care for children in their homes, creating a safe and nurturing environment. You'll be matched with families based on your experience and availability. Focus on providing wonderful childcare while we handle the scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 1 weekday availability (8 consecutive hours between 6am-8pm)
• Related childcare experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 15 miles
• Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified

Responsibilities

• Create safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Conduct intro calls with families before bookings
• Care for children in their homes for 8-hour days
• Follow parents' schedules and rules
• Perform household duties related to childcare (clean up after meals, activities)
