Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as senior designer or art director
• Portfolio showcasing Photoshop mastery
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience managing full design process
• Deep understanding of typography, interaction design, and storytelling

Responsibilities

• Lead visual development of creative concepts from ideation to final execution
• Create original, strategically grounded ideas for integrated campaigns
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and account teams
• Translate briefs into visual territories, storyboards, and mock-ups
• Guide and mentor junior designers and art directors
