You'll join Alliance Defending Freedom's Center for Parental Rights to lead complex litigation supporting parental rights. You'll directly represent parents and children in court, shaping arguments that defend religious freedom and family integrity. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate and litigate complex lawsuits supporting parental rights
• Develop legal strategy, arguments, and testimony for cases
• Produce high-quality briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Conduct fact and expert discovery, including depositions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
