You'll build and maintain web applications for clients using Ruby on Rails and React in a remote-first consulting team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and implement software solutions with other engineers
• Communicate directly with clients for demos and feedback
• Review legacy applications to identify and remediate technical debt
• Contribute to internal documentation and code templates

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web applications
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React or equivalent
• Ability to scope individual features and full software projects
• Strong unit-testing and debugging abilities (RSpec/Minitest, Jest/RTL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps tooling (AWS, Terraform, Docker)
• Experience with observability platforms (Sentry, Datadog, Grafana)
