💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end engineering of complex outside plant programs, from routing and feasibility through permit approvals and construction closeout. You'll set technical direction for fiber and copper builds, ensuring designs meet NESC and client standards. This role offers the chance to mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own engineering scope for multi-site OSP builds including fiber and copper
• Produce and seal engineering plans, splicing diagrams, and BOMs
• Lead constructability reviews and route optimization
• Oversee permitting, ROW, and joint-use engineering processes

📋 Requirements

• OSP engineering experience leading complex projects from design to closeout
• Expert in work order engineering including loss budgets and splicing plans
• Hands-on field measurement experience with NESC standards
• Proven track record in permitting, ROW, and joint-use coordination

• Experience mentoring engineering teams and setting best practices
• Familiarity with CAD platforms and markup utilities
