• Act as day-to-day extension of senior management, driving follow-ups and prioritization
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with timelines and owners
• Build lightweight systems for execution tracking, documentation, and SOPs
• Coordinate cross-functionally across SF and Berlin time zones
