💼 About This Role

You'll lead and coach a pod of SDRs to drive outbound excellence. Reporting to the SDR Manager, your core impact is scaling our outbound motion and improving funnel quality. You'll work at a fast-growing Series A startup backed by top investors like Balderton Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a pod of SDRs daily
• Run 1:1s, call reviews, and role-plays for improvement
• Track team performance and address gaps early
• Partner with manager on hiring and onboarding

📋 Requirements

• Currently a high-performing SDR/BDR or existing SDR Team Lead
• Proven ability to coach and develop others
• Comfortable balancing personal targets with team leadership

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MEDDPICC qualification
• Background in B2B SaaS outbound
