Description

You will build the Agentic Operating System for Consultants, moving the $1 trillion consulting industry from manual workflows to autonomous agency. As one of the first engineers, you'll define the technical DNA, build multi-step agentic workflows, architect for scale and privacy, and own the entire stack. You'll work directly with elite technical and non-technical stakeholders from McKinsey, OpenAI, and BCG.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Python/Typescript and LLM frameworks (PydanticAI, LangGraph, etc.)
• Product engineering mindset with ability to ship fast, iteratively
• High agency and problem-solving skills with undocumented APIs or model issues
• T-shaped: deep in backend/AI, with awareness of UI polish and user ergonomics
• Belief in speed as unfair advantage in seed-stage startup

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step agentic workflows for reliable, enterprise-grade inference
• Architect systems for rigorous data security requirements of Tier-1 financial and consulting firms
• Make foundational decisions on LLM orchestration layer and deployment infrastructure
• Translate elite consulting tradecraft into code by working with clients and advisory teams
• Ship functional prototypes quickly from vague user pain points
