• Participate in core system architecture design and optimization.
• Assist with key technology selection and server architecture optimization.
• Design and optimize database architecture, including SQL tuning and indexing.
• Optimize system performance under high concurrency using microservices, caching, and message queues.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams for business support.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Golang or PHP.
• Experience in high-concurrency, distributed systems, and system architecture optimization.
• Deep understanding of database design and optimization, including SQL tuning and indexing.
• Proficiency in configuring and tuning Nginx, Redis, MySQL, Kafka.
