You'll join the New Account Activation team focusing on Kids and Teen verticals, supporting growth initiatives through data analysis and experiments. Your work will drive measurable impact on base activation in an agile environment. You'll collaborate with product, data, UX, and CX teams in a results-driven culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
• Support roadmap construction and prioritization of growth initiatives
• Monitor metrics and propose actions to achieve targets
• Collaborate with Product, Data, UX, and CX on multidisciplinary projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Availability to work onsite in Belo Horizonte
• Analytical and data-driven profile
• Knowledge of Growth, Lifecycle, CRM, or digital engagement strategies

• Previous experience in Growth or CRM
• Knowledge of SQL and intermediate/advanced Excel
• Experience with agile methodologies or experimentation culture
