You'll lead a new flagship store and cafe in West Hollywood, building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll oversee all operations, from visual merchandising to trade program development, making Thuma a known brand in LA's design community. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily store and cafe operations
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Retail, Interior Design, or Trade experience
• 4 years in Retail Leadership
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
