Description

You will own end-to-end design execution across NexHealth's most critical surfaces, leading product scope and shaping technical implementation through a design-first approach. Collaborate as a co-equal product builder with PMs and Engineers to craft experiences that eliminate work and delight users.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership
• Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments a plus
• Strong product intuition and ability to lead product strategy through design
• World-class taste and systems thinking
• Ruthlessly reduce friction, polish flows, and solve for clarity over cleverness

Responsibilities

• End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments
• Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
• Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking
• Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder
• Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards
