You'll drive pipeline creation and revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem. Your core impact is expanding Varicent's market presence through enablement programs and co-sell execution. This role uniquely combines partner management with direct sales support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to equip Workday sellers.
  • Drive Workday-sourced pipeline via direct outreach and marketing events.
  • Act as Workday SME supporting RSMs and Presales in pursuit strategy.
  • Maintain accurate weekly forecasts and CRM updates.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, or partner management.
  • 3+ years working with ecosystem partners (Workday preferred).
  • Proven ability to build pipeline through partner-led motions.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for enablement sessions.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Incentive compensation or sales performance management experience.
  • Experience in Workday priority verticals (Financial Services, Technology Media, etc.).
