๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive pipeline creation and revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem. Your core impact is expanding Varicent's market presence through enablement programs and co-sell execution. This role uniquely combines partner management with direct sales support.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to equip Workday sellers.
- Drive Workday-sourced pipeline via direct outreach and marketing events.
- Act as Workday SME supporting RSMs and Presales in pursuit strategy.
- Maintain accurate weekly forecasts and CRM updates.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, or partner management.
- 3+ years working with ecosystem partners (Workday preferred).
- Proven ability to build pipeline through partner-led motions.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for enablement sessions.
