💼 About This Role

You'll build developer-centric tooling and abstractions that make reinforcement learning workflows intuitive and scalable for ML engineers. Your work will enable customers to adopt and scale RL use cases independently, reducing friction and unlocking self-service adoption. This role is based in Paris, New York, or Toronto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build intuitive SDKs, APIs, and tooling for RL workflows.
• Partner with teams to refine primitives into documented, reusable modules.
• Own comprehensive documentation, examples, and tutorials.
• Translate customer feedback into tooling improvements and onboarding flows.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building developer-facing libraries or SDKs used in production.
• Comfort with Python (mandatory) and other ML ecosystem languages.
• Track record of elevating developer productivity through documentation and design.
• Understanding of ML workflows, training loops, and deployment patterns.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed training, PyTorch/JAX, or developer platform tools.
• Experience shaping developer experience strategy in a product organisation.
• Strong interest in Rust.
