🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute automated journeys, lifecycle flows, and ad-hoc campaigns
• Monitor data events using Coralogix for troubleshooting
• Build and update customer segments
• Perform QA, testing, and error monitoring on CRM platforms

📋 Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Symplify, Optimove, or CustomerIO
• Basic understanding of customer lifecycle stages and segmentation
• Comfortable working with data and tools like Power BI, Postman, or Coralogix

• Experience in iGaming, eCommerce, or B2B environments
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn technical processes
