💼 About This Role

You'll play a pivotal role in expanding Odaseva's strategic partnerships across the Salesforce ecosystem, working with Global System Integrators and Salesforce to drive revenue growth. Your core impact will be fostering high-impact relationships and delivering measurable results through joint sales planning and partner strategy execution. This role stands out for its access to Fortune 500 clients and backing by Salesforce Ventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Cultivate multi-level relationships with key partners at the executive level.
  • Develop and execute local partner-specific go-to-market plans with sales leadership.
  • Drive routine pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and annual performance reviews.
  • Generate high-quality leads through co-marketing and joint sales planning.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or partner management in a technical environment.
  • At least 2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success working with GSIs and RSIs to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and influencing complex deals.
