💼 About This Role

You'll extract, transform, and analyze investment performance data to support alternative investment reporting and decision-making. You'll ensure data accuracy and consistency across fund structures and investor deliverables. This role offers exposure to real estate private equity operations and enterprise data modernization initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extract and transform performance data using SQL and Databricks.
• Calculate and validate investment performance metrics like IRR and MOIC.
• Perform data validation checks and reconcile discrepancies across systems.
• Prepare data inputs for investor reporting and DDQ responses.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or investment operations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• SQL experience to extract, filter, join, and aggregate data from relational databases.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation.
• Understanding of investment performance metrics and fund structures.
