You'll join Netlight's Recruitment & Growth team in Copenhagen, driving tech-recruiting and talent management. You'll shape data-driven growth strategies while building one of Europe's leading IT consultancies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end tech recruiting process
• Source and interview candidates
• Coordinate onboarding and stakeholder management
• Contribute to employer branding and DEI initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent by 2025/2026
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Passion for recruitment, IT, and entrepreneurship
• Self-driven with strong relationship-building skills
