💼 About This Role

You'll lead geospatial AI solution delivery within customer environments, shaping the mission-aligned roadmap for computer vision and applied AI. You'll own architecture from prototype to production, partnering with CV, MLOps, and Data QA teams to ensure reliable, actionable insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and extend CV and MLOps components for reliable model training and deployment
• Collaborate with Data QA to define annotation standards and improve data quality
• Prototype and deploy AI capabilities in secure development environments
• Communicate technical strategy and risks to leadership and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years developing and deploying applied AI/ML systems
• Python proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with remote sensing imagery and geospatial tools like GDAL or Rasterio

✨ Nice to Have

• Masters or PhD in CS/EE/math/statistics
• Experience with AI/ML in secure on-prem or air-gapped environments
• Exposure to foundation models and multimodal approaches for geospatial imagery
