You'll work closely with the management team and serve as a sparring partner for business directors, learning entrepreneurial thinking firsthand. You'll help ensure client success by building relationships, moderating meetings, and contributing to project problem-solving. This role offers exposure to strategic decision-making and client management in a tech-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support business directors in managing client relationships and project goals.
• Initiate and moderate regular meetings and review sessions with clients.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure long-term project success.
• Assist in planning and conducting steering committees with clients.
• Monitor commercial and legal aspects of projects.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent university degree in business or related field.
• Customer-first mindset with strong client handling skills.
• Fluent German (C1+) and business-level English.
• Analytical thinking and comfort with numbers.
