• 8+ years of experience managing an engineering team
• Experience leading teams building web and iOS/Android products
• Experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, AWS or similar

• Experience scaling a team from small to medium/large
• Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch
