You'll support product designers and own day-to-day design tasks for internal martech tools and dashboards. Your work will directly impact how marketing teams operate at scale. This hybrid role in Berlin offers a fast-moving environment with hands-on design system work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support product designer on daily design tasks for martech tools
• Polish components and flag inconsistencies in the design system
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
• Take ownership of dashboards and internal tooling projects

📋 Requirements

• Visual design foundation from UI, graphic, or motion discipline
• Proactive attitude — spot gaps and act without waiting for brief
• Strong UI eye and attention to polish with existing components
• Currently enrolled in a design-related field in Berlin
