๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own renewals, multi-year conversions, and expansion for your book.
  • Architect success plans and mutual action plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Build executive relationships and deliver strategic business reviews.
  • Diagnose adoption and performance issues in customers' GTM stacks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years as Customer Success Manager or similar at B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to lead commercial conversations with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
  • Program-level project management discipline with structured cadences.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally AI-native product.
  • Familiarity with outbound and ABM tech stack (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, etc.).
  • Experience writing CRM reports and list views.
