๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own renewals, multi-year conversions, and expansion for your book.
- Architect success plans and mutual action plans with measurable outcomes.
- Build executive relationships and deliver strategic business reviews.
- Diagnose adoption and performance issues in customers' GTM stacks.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years as Customer Success Manager or similar at B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to lead commercial conversations with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
- Program-level project management discipline with structured cadences.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally AI-native product.
- Familiarity with outbound and ABM tech stack (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, etc.).
- Experience writing CRM reports and list views.
