You'll set the sales strategy for Voltrac's autonomous electric tractor in Spain, working closely with founders and owning the full funnel. Your core impact is converting early interest into paid deployments that shape European farming. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment with a young, mission-driven team and direct access to founders.

  • Shape go-to-market by segmenting Spanish regions and refining buyer personas
  • Build sales pipeline targeting high-value growers, co-ops and contractors
  • Run on-farm demos and pilot programs translating technical specs into ROI
  • Close pre-order contracts, financing and service bundle deals

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-7 years selling agricultural machinery or advanced ag-tech solutions
  • Established network in Spanish agriculture with grower/co-op relationships
  • Ability to explain electrification, autonomy and total-cost-of-ownership in plain farmer terms
  • Native Spanish and professional English fluency
