💼 About This Role

You'll own the CRM strategy and lead an aggressive migration to Salesforce for a global building products company. You'll drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement of the platform. This is a high-impact role with executive visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the long-term CRM vision and roadmap with Salesforce as the system of record
• Lead the Salesforce migration program from discovery through deployment and hypercare
• Drive change management and user adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Service teams
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to ensure timely outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading CRM programs or digital transformations
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations in complex environments
• Track record delivering CRM transformations under tight timelines
• Expertise in change management, process transformation, and user adoption

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience owning Salesforce as a long-term enterprise platform
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
