🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and team assignments
• Serve as primary client contact and lead contract negotiations
• Coordinate architectural drawings across multiple disciplines
• Facilitate and seal contract documents as Architect in Responsible Charge

📋 Requirements

• Registered Architect with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited university
• 10+ years of design experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience in Higher Education market
