💼 About This Role

You'll define and maintain the internal control framework for a leading European e-commerce group and drive the anti-corruption program across 10 countries. You will also modernize controls by integrating AI into risk detection processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the group internal control framework
• Design and deploy annual testing campaigns for controls
• Pilot the anti-corruption program under Sapin II law
• Drive fraud prevention policy and awareness initiatives
• Integrate AI to automate control tests and anomaly detection

📋 Requirements

• 7-8 years experience in internal control or compliance in an international group
• Master's degree in audit, control, or compliance from a top school
• Mastery of COSO, AMF references and regulations (Sapin II, GDPR, IA Act)
• Fluency in English (European group context)
