You'll shape the future of Ro's healthcare platform as a backend technical leader, designing and building scalable distributed systems that directly impact patients and providers. You'll drive technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and ensure high performance and reliability across the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable distributed services with Python and FastAPI
• Drive engineering excellence in testing, monitoring, and observability
• Define technical roadmaps and break down complex problems into deliverables
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional technical efforts

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience architecting scalable web applications and distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Django
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and data consistency
