You'll own the end-to-end acquisition lifecycle for a data-driven preventative healthcare company, from waitlist through first booking. Your work will directly increase activation rates through experimentation and automated journeys. You'll join a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and optimise customer journeys across SMS, email, push and in-app channels
- Lead experimentation roadmap to improve activation rates and customer quality
- Manage waitlist-to-booking conversion through automation and A/B testing
- Establish feedback loop with paid channels team to inform campaign strategy
๐ Requirements
- 5-10 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer acquisition
- Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable)
- Deep understanding of email/SMS/push deliverability and A/B testing methodology
- Data-literate: able to interpret cohort analysis and funnel metrics
