Description

As a Client Engineer at Jamf, you will own the customer experience for strategic clients by driving successful deployments of RapidIdentity and Identity Access Management solutions. You'll act as a primary partner, accelerating platform adoption and maintaining productive relationships in complex enterprise environments, while representing the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years deploying or integrating IAM solutions in complex education IT environments
  • 3+ years mastery of RapidIdentity or IAM technologies (directory services, SSO, MFA, provisioning)
  • 3+ years experience in customer service in a technical environment
  • Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Google Workspace, M365/Entra ID) and identity protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM)
  • Experience with REST APIs and scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript)

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact and technical representative for assigned customers
  • Establish and maintain project plans to drive RapidIdentity adoption
  • Bring customer feature requests and issues to internal representatives for resolution
  • Advocate for RapidIdentity products and capabilities to customers
  • Consult on architecture and design of RapidIdentity solutions for large education environments
